About the job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and installation supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks’ completion.
Responsibilities:
Work on projects in the energy, petrochemical, oil, and gas industry.
Design, specification, and documentation of automation systems.
Develop project scope of work i.e. functional and technical requirements and use-case development.
Develop testing criteria and user-acceptance documents.
Facilitate tasks related to executing Proof of Concepts, actual projects including commissioning on customer site.
Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
Manage project procurement, cost accounting, purchase orders, invoicing as well as underlying tasks internally and with third-party suppliers. This includes negotiation and problem solving and reporting.
Project progress tracking, regular business reviews with management, making sure that all defined projects are using the planning process in the project management tool.
Update progress and reports status, the process set up with PMs.
Maintaining documentation and access rights in Microsoft SharePoint.
Assist the business development team in responding to RFIs/RFPs and the submittal process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
1 – 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
Strong experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
Familiarity with safety policies and procedures is a PLUS.
Experience with standards of the oil and gas industry in Saudi Arabia is a PLUS.

Key responsibilities:
To provide technical expertise and operational support on all NDT matters as required on projects and proposals.
Prepare NDT procedures for assigned project.
Review clients’ specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed NDT procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with specified quality.
Review subcontractors/vendors documents and technical qualifications.
Assist customers on assessments/audits.
Review and approve NDT related documents.
Ensure that records are maintained for all NDT activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements.
Maintain NDT files so that information is readily available to other department members.
Help sales team for technical proposal and etc.
Select the right NDT technologies and methodologies with respect to the different applications/circumstances.
Contribute to the design of ultrasound related lab experiments within NTI and tool validation activities.

Key requirements:
Have completed Bachelor studies with proven experience in Engineering/Technology.

Experience in advanced UT.
Have expertise in NDE with proven professional experience in a related industry.
Be able to speak fluent English and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Arabic knowledge will be a plus.
Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence team, customers and others.
Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with a multinational team.
Possess effective problem solving skills.

NDT Level III certification preferred.

This position is considered an SME position and provides technical support on Fixed Equipment Inspection over the UAV to both significant capital projects and existing facility teams focused on improving fixed equipment integrity and reliability.

Requirement:
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or high diploma.
Experience operating & maintaining either multi-rotor or fixed-wing commercial or recreational drones.
A background in electrical, or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing gadgets is preferred.
Pilot, maintain, and repair UAVs.
Control UAV’s remotely, or pre-program UAV’s to operate independently.
Operate digital cameras and digital sensing equipment.
Undertake aerial imaging and acquire the required data.
Process data into correct formats and provide to clients.
Keep detailed logbooks.
Submit administrative information as needed to government authorities.
